Yin Yoga for Release and Restoration
Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing practice. The long held floor based poses invite you to ground into your hips and feel into your stability despite the chaos around you. Breathing with and being present with and curious about all that is arising can strengthen your nervous system and your capacity to handle what is coming towards you in your life.
If you are looking to deepen your connection to your own spirit and integrate the benefits you receive on the mat into your day to day life, join me for this extended yin practice. This workshop will offer yin poses, guided meditation, journaling prompts related to the astrological energies of the month, and some hands on energy work (with your permission). It is intended that you feel deeply restored and more connected to yourself by the end of the session.
