Start your day cultivating a connection with yourself. It’s your internal relationship to self that can help you stay on track and become more in tune with your innermost guidance and intuition. Together, we will set an intention and create space for you to develop a steadiness within in order to navigate life with more ease.

Yin Yoga for Healing and Release

Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing practice. For many, it’s our disconnection from our bodies and spirit that leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, alone, or stressed. These long-held floor-based poses invite you to ground into your hips and experience stability in your body despite the chaos around you. Breathing with and being curious about all that is arising can strengthen your nervous system and your capacity to handle what is coming towards you in your life.

This extended practice will include yin poses, guided meditation, reflections on how to use the current astrological energy to support your process, and hands on energy work (with your permission) to help you release and rest. It is intended that you feel deeply restored and more connected to yourself by the end of the session.

We invite you to join us for this deeply healing, nourishing, and transformative practice. Together we will hold a sacred space in support of your deeper intentions. The lunar energies at this time of the year are aligned to empower your natural ability to be a creator in your life. You may desire a place to rest and heal, reset and/or boost your creative flow. Whatever you are in need of will be witnessed and honored.

Through a combination of yin & restorative poses, guided meditation, hands on energy work (with your permission), journaling & opportunities to share in community, settle into this time and space to process, connect to your inner wisdom, receive guidance & fan your creative flame. Please bring a journal and pen to support your experience. As a way to hold our collective intentions, we invite you to bring a small item or anything meaningful to you to place on our co-created altar…crystals, mala beads, a picture, something from nature, etc.
